Graduate or Equivalent
1-8 years of work experience in Sales Development
role preferably
Fresher- 0 yrs
APM- 0-2 yrs
PM- 1-4 yrs
SPM- 4-8 yrs
Preference 1: Insurance/Financial exp + defence
sales experience
Preference 2: Ins/Fin services +def family
background
Preference 3: Insurance Sales +history of
adaptability to new business avenues.
Preference 4: Pure defence family background
(current serving personnel)/ Fresher
Preference 5: Defence ex-servicemen
Age- Up to
50 yrs
Strong Communication, negotiation &
presentation skills
Should be able to build a successful agent/OP team.
Should be a Locality
& open to local travel
Should have a good knowledge/ understanding of the
Defence services network & hierarchy.
Experience in the life insurance industry/ any
other industry in sales role is necessary.
Affiliation with the Armed Forces would be highly
preferred

APM-2 to 2.5 LPA
PM-2.75 to 3.25 LPA
