Requirements:
Business Development Executive: Post 2
Responsibilities:
· Provide competitive research and analysis support for domestic market.
· Visit Corporate client to sell software development services
· Maintain Sales Funnel
· Meet monthly assigned Sales target
· Assist with visits and/or arranging meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public and non-profit organizations.
· Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends to achieve metrics
· Analyzing latest marketing trends & tracking competitors’ activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning corporate sales & marketing strategies.
Qualification:
· Graduate with good communication skills. Graduation from IT domain preferred
· Experience: 1 to 2 years. Candidate having 6 months of IT experience will also do
· Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
· Well aware of MIDCs in and around Nashik
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills
· Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
· Leadership potential
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
· Ability to learn other software programs
· Strong verbal and written communication skills required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dot Net Developer: posts: 2 posts
Responsibilities:
· Requirement analysis.
· Prototype building.
· Database design and development.
· Code optimization
Qualification:
· BE/MCA with good communication skills
· Experience: 2 to 2.5 years.
· Should have knowledge of C# language.
· Should familiar with .Net framework 4.5.
· Should have hands on XML Processing.
· Should have knowledge of excel programming and file handling.
· Other expertise is Bootstrap framework, HTML, CSS.
· Should have knowledge of the Windows Presentation Foundation WPF.
· It is a plus if the candidate knows the Kanban software development process or agile development process.
