RESPONSIBILITIES &
SPECIFIC GOALS
1. Research, Designing,
Development, Validation and Project Management of Power Electronic Products.
2. To Specialize and
Design Power Electronic products such as capacity upto 125 KVA DSP Based IGBT
Controlled uninterrupted power supply with technical documentation.
3. Heading operations for
new product development: - - Requirement Analysis. - Finalizing Specifications
- Design Management - Prototype Development - Quality Control
4. To support Production
Department, Vendor Management and Quality Management to achieve JOB MISSION.
5. To be an effective
communicator & to lead the team effectively with :- - Planning -
Troubleshooting - Managing teams task and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly and yearly)
6. Knowledge and
Implementation of: - - Power Electronics based Drives Technology - Power
Electronics central algorithms including Matlab / Simulink Application. -
Designing of Power Electronic circuits.
7. Passionate to measure
self and teams growth in innovation of power products (Solar & renewable
energy).
