Job description
1. Knowledge required in
plastic product design & mould 3d in solidwork & autodeck inventer and
detailed drawing in autocad.
2. Cad- making 3d-models
of entire assembling parts consist of many components. (solid/surface/drafting/assembly)
3. Core & cavity
extraction from solid models.
4. Conversion of 3d models
to 2d drawings in drawing mode.
5. Tool designing &
mould designing is the major task.
6. Develop new
product and modified old product on
autocad inventor 2015 and solid work 2016 (2d drawing and 3d model )
7. Arai certification and audit document preparation.
8. Iso certification and
audit document preparation.
9. Electrical pcb drawing
10. Making document
of 8d, ppap, mtc, quality reports, other
company doc.
11. Some time work as a
purchase and vender development
12. Production planning
and dispatch export and local material and documents preparation excise
documents preparation etc
13.daily reports doc of quality ,production
Desired profile
• knowledge of cad/cam
software (2d and 3d).
• hands on manufacturing
of moulds /tools / fixtures etc.
• understanding of
complete manufacturing processes.
• familiar with
conventional as well as machines & their process.
Demands of the role
70 % : design &
manufacturing process, follow-up of the planning & solving daily issues.
10 % : follow up of
outsource materials
5% : follow up of dispatch
materials
5% : meeting.
