Urgently required Project Head at Pune.
BE (Mechanical)
Minimum 8-10 years experience in HVAC field.
The ideal candidate has experience in managing and supervising on Commercial Centralized HVAC projects with the successful completion of the company's contractual commitments.
Preferred Skills:
•Must be Knowledge of Centralize HVAC systems.
•Maintain orderly project records and documentation.
•Ability to work productively in a team environment, Must have good supervisory skills, Ability to apply efforts to satisfy multiple project needs and commitments
•Clear and consistent appreciation for project deadlines, organize and control the project activities.
•Must be performance driven, and client focused with strong written/verbal communication skills and an impressive work ethic.
Responsibilities:
•Review drawing, specifications, submittals and other contract documents to create a job schedule, bar chart preparation for the successful completion of assigned projects.
•Monitoring Schedules and supervises all Procurement of material & installation, manpower planning activities for the timely execution of project.
•Control job cost, Monitoring job margin and forecasting for final project costs.
•Attending/organizing necessary meetings with Client & Project team.
•Maintaining & Monitoring Documentation, As Built Drawing, Technical Submittal, Operation & Maintenance Manual, Test Certificate ,Warranty period establishment to service department
•Maintaining & monitoring site stock register/material inward register.
•Make available safety gears and ensure compliance of safety procedures
•Control the wastage of material and labour,
•Do client billing & certification as per the work progress
•Obtaining Clients approval on qty variation/extra work/rework/ amendment for any deviation in work & client escalation due to delay in project.
•Releasing Contractor Work Orders before starting the work.
•Do the measurement certification of contractor billing.
•Payment follow-up & Collection on Running Bills
•Material Reconciliation & Contractor measurement Reconciliation.
•Do the co-ordination with Client, Consultant, PMC, Vendor, Contractor also with internal departments like Planning, Designing, Purchase, Commercial, Admin and Accounts for successful completion of project.
