RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC GOALS

1. Research, Designing, Development, Validation and Project Management of Power Electronic Products.

2. To Specialize and Design Power Electronic products such as capacity upto 125 KVA DSP Based IGBT Controlled uninterrupted power supply with technical documentation.

3. Heading operations for new product development: - - Requirement Analysis. - Finalizing Specifications - Design Management - Prototype Development - Quality Control

4. To support Production Department, Vendor Management and Quality Management to achieve JOB MISSION.

5. To be an effective communicator & to lead the team effectively with :- - Planning - Troubleshooting - Managing teams task and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)

6. Knowledge and Implementation of: - - Power Electronics based Drives Technology - Power Electronics central algorithms including Matlab / Simulink Application. - Designing of Power Electronic circuits.

7. Passionate to measure self and teams growth in innovation of power products (Solar & renewable energy).

77) Production in-Charge

Position: Production in-Charge Electrical / Eletronics

Location: Mumbai

Experience (in years): 5+ years

Qualification: pg. – management studies

Job mission

Driving production to ensure minimum use of resources to achieve maximum output as per the quality standards.

Roles & responsibilities

1. Production planning with h.o.d’s – based on the schedules (monthly, weekly & daily) defined in the sales forecast for each line of product at factory (ups, invertors, stabilizers & transformers.)

2. Time study – evaluation of production process and drafting timescales for each unit of production.

3. Cost effectiveness – incorporation of quality control measures reducing rework ratios reducing rejection ratios by 100%

4. Coordination – coordination with hr department for proposed manpower requirement. Coordination with stores & purchase for the proposed material requirements. Coordination with hod’s for each line of production output, performance, challenges, efficiencies & motivation.

5. Maintenance – in charge of selection & maintenance of tools & equipment’s.

6. Targets – to meet planned production targets to meet dispatch dates target

7. Reporting & analysis – to analyze the daily reporting submitted by all h.o.d’s to take corrective actions in case of any deviations to ensure all departments are functioning as per s.o.p.

8. Management representative – coordination & follow up to ensure quality management system is establishment, implementation & records in accordance with iso 9001:2008 and iso 9001:2015 standards.

Authorities

1. Disciplinary actions in case of any deviation at production team

2. over time decisions to be shared for final approval to HR/C.E.O

3. Staff rotation as per the requirements in production department.

4. Approval of half days & leaves

5. Allotment of approved budget.

Reports to: the C.E.O
