JOB MISSION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Showroom Management:-
i. To execute & to Ensure the management of Narhe Shoppe in the below terms:-
 ii. Opening Timing : 9:30 am
iii. Closing Timing : 6:30 pm
iv. Promotion & Enhancement of Company Products through Narhe Shoppe at Pune Market.
v. Sharing Company Profile with prospect and existing clients on Emails , Quotations and taking necessary follow ups. 

Sales  & Dispatch :-
i. Preparation of Daily Sales Order as received from the Marketing team/clients.
 ii. Planning for the next days dispatch in coordination with logistics team and store asst.
 iii. Maintain records for the timely dispatch issued on daily basis.
 iv. Daily Coordination and acceptance from customers for the planned dispatch date and timings.
v. Confirmation call to customers about the dispatch date and time of the units delivery.

Cash Management :-
i. To handle and manage the cash inflows & funds (counter sale, petty cash, Invoice, reimbursements and daily expenses) on daily basis.
ii. To provide weekly reports to the Sr. Accountant at HO with the accounting status at the Shoppe and to submit the supporting vouchers for the week during weekly meetings.

People Management :-
i. Monitoring and the Store Asst. to efficiently manage the store responsibilities
 ii. Scheduling the service requirements and customer relations for the improving visibility of the Shoppe.

Weekly Reporting & Analysis :-
 i. Coordination with Accounts, Sales, Dispatch & Service In-charges for the required reporting for respective department.

Expanding Customer Base:-
 i. Maintaining existing dealers and distributors for increased business.
 ii. Identification of New dealers for the Sales team to work upon.
 iii. Data Sourcing for B2C segment.
