We have an requirement at our NASHIK plant of an assistant commercial manager. Please find below our details. Please note the candidate has to be stationed at NASHIK.
Our company is involved in the manufacturing of PET sheets as well as Thermoformed articles. We are now expanding the facility. We supply the goods all over India as well as exports. In the time we have been able to get customers like Cadbury and Mars to name a few. Many more MNC are working with us under development . With the expansion we shall be in the top 3 PET sheet makers in India.
Salary Range – Rs 35000 to Rs 50000 per month – all inclusive – CTC to company.
Assistant Commercial Manager
Qualification – CA / Inter CA / Bcom
Experience – Minimum 3 years
Work Profile
- Knowledge of excise / cst / vat
- Knowledge of all government taxes , like service tax, TDS, etc
- Filling of all statutory reports with the government agencies
- Coordinating with the insurance company
- Entries in Tally
- Banking – bank reco, interest calculation, submission of monthly stock statements, etc
- Monthly P&L preparing, BS preparing
- Coordinating with the CA
- Getting all audit done
- Making payment to suppliers – RM, PM, Transport, etc
- Buying of locally purchased items
- Monthly payments of salary, wages, power, etc
- Follow up for refund – power, incentive, VAT, etc
- Coordinating with company secretary for ROC related work
- Preparing monthly MIS reports – like – yield, average cost price, etc
- Identifying new parties for existing RM / PM being procured
- Despatch of material
- Follow up with sales team on outstanding
- Liaison with local authorities
- Maintaining all factory license
- Export Knowledge on the paper work
- Budget and its analysis
- Arranging transport for material – incoming and outgoing
- Online payment of taxes
- Petty cash handling
- Checking and paying travel / other expenses as per rules of company
- Arranging labour thru contractor
