1.Receive audio recording of Physician - Patient interaction from US.
2. Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details. •
3. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record and generate the chart note.
Basic requirements:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Should be willing to work in rotational shifts including night duties.
