Job Profile:
• Expand dealers network by appointing more dealers on continues basis
• Meeting all existing dealers on regular interval to do follow up and motivate them to get more business done on monthly basis
• Collect orders from dealers for solar and home appliances and communicating to the production department for further process
• Managing and responding to all sales and customer inquiries such as: product availability, pricing, quotations, special situations, information, sales training, and direction to data available on the web, etc.
• Regular monitoring of dealers inventory to ensure that it matches up with requirements and commitments
• To generate more inquiries in dealer’s area by meeting Institutions, Hospitals ,Banks ,Corporate sector, Builders, and end customers etc.
• Generate more leads from end / direct customers and for the same do door to door marketing activities guided by seniors
• Product presentations and training to customers or dealers and progressing to being capable of doing basic technical presentations
• Maintain sales call data in CRM ERP software
• Visit to the end customer referred by dealers or team members and resolve their problems and attend their inquiry
• Prepare monthly dealer’s performance evaluation report and sharing the related feedback to every dealers and management
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, dealers, builders and distributor
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, banners for distributors / dealers
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions;
• Prepare and submit each exhibition sales performance report to director
• Working on daily and monthly renewed route plan with marketing team members and suggest improvement in it.
• Maintain Brand Personality & Brand Ethos in all Marketing activities
• Secure orders to meet and, ideally exceed sales targets as defined by company
• Prepare and Submit timely all required MIS reports to the management
