Job Description
Marketing Manager:
•Planning & Executing Marketing Budgets
•End-end Marketing & Branding Activities 
•Creating a Strong Positioning & Brand Recall for Total Sports in the Target Customers Mind
•Creating Events & Independently executing them 
• Partnering / collaborating with various 
• Marketing & Promotion of Existing Concepts(Diet Curves,Physio Fit,etc) & Products(Gyms,Sports Set          Ups,etc) of the Company
•Measuring Effectiveness of the Marketing Initiatives in Tangible (Revenue) & Non Tangible (Brand) terms
• Creating New Concepts/Schemes In Consultation with Front Line Sales , Store Manager & Senior Management & Implementing the same
•  Creating all Marketing Collateral for the Company
•  Creating Strategies to Increase Foot Fall in the Stores
• All In Store & Window Displays
• Identifying The Right Media Channels , Media Agencies & Negotiating the Best Deals with them.
• Building & Managing Relations with Media for Getting Press Releases & Coverage of the event
Desired Profile.
• Should have Experience in Independently handling end-end Marketing & Branding  activities in Retail Industry
•Should have experience in Creating Events & Independently Executing them
• Should have experience in Partnering/collaborating  with various Entities to do Joint/Co-Branded Events
• Should have experience in Creating New Schemes/Concepts & Implementing the same
•  Should have experience in Conceptualisation & getting Marketing Collateral Created from Vendors (Brochures,Back Drops, Leaflets, Banners, Website, Advertisement, Standees, etc.)
•  Should Have experience in Creating Strategies to Increase Footfall/Hits/Enquiries
•   Should have experience in tying  with Media for Press Releases & Coverage of Event
•  Should have experience in Measuring the Effectiveness of the Marketing Initiatives
•   Should have experience in Identifying & Tying up with Vendors (Ad Agency, Printer, Designer,etc)
•  Should have good negotiation skills

•   Upto 5.00 Lacs p.a. JOB Location Dadar, Mumbai

Customer Care

Job Description.
•  Will be responsible for attending call of customers.
• Will be responsible for guiding customer to right / close store
• Will be responsible for following up with customer to check if the customer has visited the store and whether their requirement has been met or not.
•  Will be responsible for taking feedback from the customer about our product, store and services.
•Will be responsible for cross selling and up selling.
•Will be responsible for tracking of all incoming calls in the standard tracker.
•  Will be responsible for submitting reports of revenue generation from incoming calls.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have experience in customer care department.
• Should have experience in handling customer queries.
• Should have experience in giving the right information to customers
• Should have experience in coordination.
• Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
•  Should have hands on experience in MS Office.
Remuneration
•  15000 to 20000 PM , JOB Location Dadar, Mumbai

Sales Executive
•         Should have ability to generate lead 
•         Giving presentation to client
•         Coordinating on proposals & order confirmation
•         Follow up with the prospective clients
•         Cracking new Institutional Accounts
•         Managing the existing business and ensuring profitability (by repeat orders) from them.

Cashier - Pune
•         Preparation of bill 
•         Giving Customer Proper discount on stated categories using software
•         Processing payment through Credit/ Debit card/Cash/Gift Vouchers
•         Tallying and Remittance of cash to accounts department
•         Preparing cash vouchers for expenses occurred
•         Maintain Customer relationship
•         Collection of customer data
•         Assisting Asst. Store Manager & Store Manager in day to day operations
•         Should Display Good Soft Skills
Desired Profile
•         Must have good Monetary Transaction Skill
•         Should have good Communication Skills(Hindi/Marathi)
•         Must be presentable and have pleasing personality
•         Basic Computer Knowledge
•         Should be a Honest Individual
